He joined the company in 2023, driven by his commitment to providing men the best treatment and care while enhancing patient experiences.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and has built an impressive career spanning over two decades in the animal health and healthcare industries. His professional journey includes key roles in the pharmaceuticals industry.
In his current role, Greg is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on both the patients Tri-State Men’s Health serves and the professional development of its employees. His passion lies in helping men restore the performance they desire, ultimately improving their overall health and quality of life. He is proud to be part of a Promeniq Partner practice, which delivers a differentiated, five-star patient experience by always putting patients first and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys traveling with his family and spending quality time with his kids. At home, he stays busy with his three Labrador Retrievers, who keep life fun and full of energy.
Aaron is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner currently serving as a Provider at the Westerville location. Holding a Master of Science in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, Aaron has also pursued further education at Clark State, Wright State University, and Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Aaron’s professional journey began as an Operating Room Nurse specializing in cardiothoracic surgery. Aaron has also worked as an RN in the medical intermediate unit at Riverside Methodist Hospital before transitioning to the Medical/Cardiac ICU. Advancing into the Nurse Practitioner role in 2023, Aaron specialized in Peripheral Vascular Medicine with a Cardiology Physician Group at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Following this, Aaron served as a Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner before joining TSMH.
With nearly a decade of nursing experience and advanced clinical expertise, Aaron has been with Tri-State since the opening, previously working across all of the locations before settling in with Westerville in February 2025. His dedication is focused on bringing a wealth of knowledge to patient treatment and care.
With a strong background in cardiology, vascular medicine, and primary care, Aaron is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing healthcare practices through experience and dedication.
Traci is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, bringing over three decades of nursing experience. Holding an MSN and BSN from Chamberlain University and Wright State University, Traci has been a compassionate healthcare provider since 1994, driven by a deep passion for patient care and wellness restoration.
With extensive expertise in surgical and clinical settings, Traci has transitioned into men’s sexual health, recognizing its profound impact beyond physical well-being. Understanding that these health concerns influence relationships, self-confidence, and overall quality of life, Traci is committed to normalizing discussions around men’s sexual health and providing empathetic, effective treatment.
As a valued member of the Tri-State Men’s Health team, Traci appreciates the leadership’s integrity and shares in their mission to enhance men’s lives through comprehensive care. Looking ahead, Traci strives to continue delivering exceptional patient-centered treatment, ensuring every man is met with respect and compassion.
